Stellantis Malaysia officially takes over from Bermaz Auto Alliance

Bermaz Auto Alliance have announced that they will no longer be in business with effect from February 2024. For three years, the company has managed distribution, sales and aftersales of Peugeot vehicles in Malaysia and was the authorised repairer for Citroen and DS models. 

The contractual Free Service Maintenance program has been transferred to Stellantis N.V. in totality. All future Free Service Maintenance will be carried out through Stellantis N.V.’s appointed network.

This news has been a long time coming since Stellantis N.V. decided to manage its brands in the Malaysian market through its own national sales company. Hence, from today onwards, Stellantis Malaysia National Sales Company (or, Stellantis Malaysia for short), will solely be responsible for the sale distribution and ownership experience of its vehicles. 

A call centre has been set up to offer centralised customer support for sales and aftersales related enquiries, assistance and complaints. The new contact details are:

Operating hours for the call centre will be from Monday to Sunday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. Additionally, Stellantis Malaysia will provide 24-hour support for accident and breakdown cases to ensure continuous assistance when needed.
