KW Automotive now offers full adjustable coilovers for BMW E30 325iX

Parts for classic cars are hard to find, and it is especially true when the car is rare even during its time. The BMW E30 325iX, the first BMW to have an all-wheel drive system, was introduced in the late 1980s and is one such model. Gaining desirability by the enthusiasts, KW has released the popular KW V3 Classic coilover kit for all BMW E30 models with all-wheel drive.

With the KW V3 Classic coilovers, drivers can individually adjust the damping to a modern tyre. This ability is made possible through the separately adjustable KW multi-valve technology in the kit.

When rebound is increased, chassis movements become more controlled, which in turn, increases stability on high curve speeds. The compression is independently adjustable with 12 steps that increase wheel traction, which improves the car’s handling.

Also found in the KW V3 valve technology are preconfigured highspeed valves in compression and rebound. These highspeed valves open additional channels for the hydraulic fluid whenever the car drives over bad roads, helping the wheel maintain its traction.

The kit allows for continuous lowering from 30mm to 50mm on both axles. KW says this gives the E30 a similar driving characteristic of a modern BMW and still retains all the charms of the classic.
