Honda Civic e:HEV RS launched offering power and efficiency at the same time

Months after the launch of the petrol-engine Honda Civic, the Honda Civic e:HEV RS is finally released. An electric hybrid, the Civic e:HEV RS also expands the Honda e:HEV lineup that includes City, City Hatchback and the all-new HR-V.

The e:HEV powertrain combines two electric motors with a 2.0-litre engine and it is as powerful as it sounds. The 2.0-litre e:HEV powertrain produces an eye-catching 184PS and 315Nm of torque. The drivetrain is mated to Honda’s Electric Continuously Variable Transmission (e-CVT) and an Intelligent Power Unit.
