It is almost unheard of that a car company would nurture a business community among its owners but that is what Smart Malaysia is doing. As mentioned during the launch of Smart #3, the car company has unveiled its community privileges programme for Smart EV owners. Called smartCo, this pioneering programme aims to connect businesses to consumers – be it B2B or B2C – through the company’s Hello Smart App. In this case, you can connect your business to other Smart EV Owners.
Any business can join the programme and your company does not need to evolve around the usage of the Smart EV. You can be a restaurateur, a photographer, a legal consultant or a freelance writer – all you need are the SSM registration and company address to verify the business.
Verified smartCO members will enjoy exclusive benefits at smart events. Additionally, members offer special discounts and perks to other smart owners, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem. These perks enhance the ownership experience and build stronger community ties.
“smartCO is a testament to our unwavering commitment to our customers. We are not just building cars; we are building communities,” said Zhang Qiang, Chief Executive Officer of Smart Malaysia. “With smartCO, we’re giving our customers unparalleled opportunities to grow their businesses while fostering a sense of belonging among smart owners. We are confident that this programme will set a new benchmark in the industry.”
