The end of what was an eventful week for Chery Malaysia is highlighted by the launch of the latest SUV, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro. Previewed a few months ago, the five-seater SUV now has an official price and the package to go with it.
Chery Malaysia has managed to push the price down from the previously estimated RM130,000. The official price of RM123,800 is inclusive of a 7-year/150,000km warranty, complimentary five years of labour service and free seven years free towing service. And, for the first 2,000 customers can buy the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro at a price of RM119,800. Very reasonable!

However, to recap, the SUV is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine capable of generating 194hp and 290Nm. A 7-DCT is paired with the engine to drive the front wheels. Fuel efficiency is recorded at 7.0l/100km.
The Tiggo 7 Pro comes standard with 16 ADAS 2.5 functions to ensure a safer journey and a 24.6-inch integrated dual screen hooked up to a Sony Audio system to ensure the journey is an entertaining one.
The Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is offered in four colours, including Carbon Black, Platinum Grey, Nasdaq Silver and Khaki White with a Black roof. The SUV is making its rounds in malls and also in showrooms so you can see the Tiggo 7 Pro for yourself.
Chery Malaysia has recently opened the company’s dedicated assembly plant and announce their support for Malaysia’s national athletes at the upcoming Olympics Games in Paris.
